The AP-100 includes a high-resolution colour touch screen display and a full web browser for easy access to company communications, the Internet, portals, and timesaving features and applications. It also enables developers to deliver innovative Java and browser based applications.

A high quality camera delivering TV frame rates (above 384kbps), together with a rich hands free speakerphone and headset connection puts you in the driving seat when working with geographically diverse teams.

The flash architecture enables the AP-100 to grow and develop as industry standards evolve. Many methods may be employed to access different features on the phone including the telephone keypad, the touch screen or the optional infrared keyboard. These may be used alternately according to user preference.

The AP-100 videophone does not require hands-on changes, by simply picking up the video phone and connecting it anywhere on your network, a user can retain the same number and access all features without the help of a system administrator.

An internal 2 port 10/100 Ethernet switch allows the AP-100 to share a LAN connection with an attached PC.
