Scheduling & Conference Management

The ReadiManager SE200 Scheduling & Conference Management enables do-it-yourself conference scheduling right from the desktop. An intelligent wizard interface prompts users to enter required conference information, resulting in faster, easier scheduling and virtually eliminating the need for training. Users can also schedule and manage conferences using their own Microsoft® Outlook® application.

ReadiManager SE200 network appliance offers users simple, intuitive, enterprise-wide video/voice conference scheduling and management.

People can now choose how and when they meet - with the flexibility to create conferences that automatically connect participants, or “meet-me” conferences by dialling into/from an MCU. System Capacities and Licensing

The ReadiManager SE200 network appliance system capacity scales from 25 devices up to 525 devices. The platform comes pre configured with a baseline capacity of 25 devices. Additional device licensing is offered in the following expansion license pack sizes: 25/50/100/250/500. When applied to the system, an expansion license pack augments the device license count. For example, applying a 100-device expansion license pack to a baseline system will yield a total license count of 125.

Where applicable, the number of concurrent calls supported by a ReadiManager SE200 network appliance is derived from the number of device licenses at a 3/10 ratio (calls/devices). The exception is the 25-device baseline system, which supports up to 12 concurrent calls. As an example, a system licensed for 100 devices supports up to 30 concurrent calls, while a 500-device licensed system supports up to 150 concurrent calls.

Device licenses are consumed/occupied based on the following rules:

1. 1:1 basis for any device (MCU, GK, GW, endpoints - including personal endpoints, IP blades, and more) that can be added into the system through any means, including but not limited to, the user interface, registration for management services, or registration for Address Book services.
2. 10:1 basis for “schedulable rooms” (10 schedulable rooms consume one license). System administrators and end-users do NOT occupy a device license.

Warranty
